Community Arts and Awareness

 

 

‘Pagmuklat’ is Sining Banwa’s program on raising awareness and social involvement among its members and the surrounding communities.

 

This program includes immersion and integration with the basic masses which is Sining Banwa’s research methodology/ story-gathering means towards artistic productions. Educational discussions are also held so as to have comprehensive knowledge on issues affecting the people. Through this social involvement program, the group was able to device protest art pieces that are being staged during demonstrations, community gatherings and forums.
