Teambuilding and Unity Camp

 

 

‘Pagtugdon’ is a teambuilding and unity camp of Sining Banwa. Its members gather in January and July of each year to conduct reporting of accomplishments, periodic assessment, and planning of programs including performances for the season.

 

This is also the time to strengthen bonds among the members, develop leadership skills and address organizational concerns through games, teambuilding activities and conference.
